Payment of remainder of rental and damage deposit is due eight weeks before your arrival.

Included in the rental are:

All bedding, towels, table linens, glasses and silverware.
All kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, pans and bowls
Gas, electric and water.
Laundry facilities (washer & dryer) & all cleaning materials
Outdoor barbeque and tools; Satellite TV; VCR; DVD; radio-CD-tape player. Badminton set; croquet set; swings; two mountain bikes, one woman’s bike.
Maintenance by Caretaker, Nicolas Chabrerie, of pool and grounds. Cleaning once a week by his stepmother, Madame Flora Boué.

Additional, chargeable extras:

Long distance telephone calls; Fax machine calls; mid-stay cleaning, if
requested; occasional cooking by Mme. Boué, if requested.
All guests are asked to arrive after 4:00 PM on the first day of rental and leave no later than 10:00 AM on the last day.Damage deposit:A damage deposit of $ 50.00 per week is due with your balance payment. This covers any minimal damage to the property or contents, lost items, any additional "end of stay" cleaning required and long distance telephone charges during your stay. It will be refunded once we receive our telephone bill, which comes at the end of each month. We advise using a telephone card. Cancellation Deposit and final payments are refundable only if we are able to rebook your holiday period.

There is no smoking allowed. No children under eight years old without permission.
